I am a QA Engineer & Technical Writer based in Doha, Qatar, with hands-on experience in manual software testing and technical documentation for web and mobile applications. At Fekra Services, I played a key role in the pre-launch quality assurance and documentation efforts for the SignInn hotel booking platform, including the iOS and Android applications, as well as the web-based Admin and Hotel Admin panels. My work involved testing more than 20 application modules, executing end-to-end manual testing, and producing structured documentation covering application features, user workflows, UI components, and accessibility guidelines.

I also bring foundational knowledge in data analytics — including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Python — gained through self-directed learning and personal projects.

  • Collaborated closely with the development team to conduct pre-launch QA testing across the SignInn Android application and its web-based Hotel Manager & Admin panels.
  • Designed and executed test cases to perform end-to-end manual testing, ensuring application workflows functioned as expected.
